What to wear:

Clothes and shoe’s that you will be comfortable standing in. In the event of poor weather, the event will be held in the Barr Mansion ballroom.

Christian Dake has spent his career trialling over 5,000 varieties of traditional vegetables. He developed the farm for the Culinary Institute of America and is now the Culinary Farmer at Barr Mansion.

Christian will host an afternoon exploring Barr Mansion’s unique gardens, a visual talk by Maya, Jim, and a sit down coursed meal with Jessica Xiemes.
